I know how female dancing shoes look like. But I have never see those type of shoes on a male before and I’m sorry but they look ridiculous and kinda fruity. They might help with dancing, but I doubt they are necessary.

roberree im sorry but salsa on 2 aka new york style mambo is no were near american ballroom style salsa nystyle mambo came from the slums of new york(in the era of the palladium) and is wildly known as a street dance in the eyes of ballroom instructors

The most common salsa in clubs is the basic simple steps. Most of the time the great dancers get together in specific Clubs and it’s call the pro=dancer Clubs. I’m been in some of those Clubs and I just go to see them dance.

There are so many styles – Cuban, street-style, ballroom, Colombian, etc. – that I don’t know which one to learn!!

The song used on this DVD was Mi Primer Amante – It was an original track written for our Anyone Can Dance CD. There were several vocalists on this CD and unfortuantely I don’t know who sang this song.
