It’s not so …
It’s not so difficult Tito Edrak, you have to swing both your arms (and those of your partner) like a see-saw as soon as you step back to back, to make sure your right arm is up before your breast and head, then swing that arm over the lady’s head while you turn towards her and that’s it! About you wanting to impress your girlfriend however, hmmm?

hey I was wondering …
hey I was wondering how do you get out of a salsa hammer lock, without actually letting go of your partners hands. I’ve seen it done by a certain couple but got tangled up myself when i was trying to imitate it with my partner. just wondering…please tell be ’cause i want to impress by girlfriend next time we go dancing…hahahaha. bye

I look at the video …
I look at the video at home and try to remember them and teach my partner in my class. But of coarse its a little harder cuz i dont have a computer running. But i was concerned if you have a dance class where you actually teach people to dance salsa or do you just do it for the internet? I really want to get a lot better at dancing salsa. I live in Los Angeles CA. If you do teach salsa lessons, id like to know where you do so? Thanks. Hugo.

I watched it again …
I watched it again and I owe masterbry an apology… I see what you mean. I totally misunderstood what you were saying. You’re right, the count is different– but no biggie.

Apersaud, thanks …
Apersaud, thanks for posting!! These are great! (masterbry, if he is teaching without music, the count is not that big of a deal! You can dance the same steps on 1, 2… or even 3 if you really wanted to!)

Nice… but the …
Nice… but the second combination you demonstrate with the music is different from the way you teach the combination at the end of the video. You are dancing on “1″ and break down the second combination to the steps properly.
However when you are dancing the second combination to the music, you end up on “5″ not on “1″. Just wanted to note this as it may be confusing to follow these instructional videos if you switch from dancing on “1″ to dancing on “5″.
